National Gallery of London - Chronicles of Emptiness is an over painted book, the book being "Art Treasures of the National Gallery London" by Sir Philip Hendy published by Abrams 1955. I have drawn painted and collaged into each page as well as working on the verso of many of the tipped in plates. It is my twentieth over painted book work. This work is a sketch book, a memoir, a journal and a conversation with history. I will be posting new images each day.

Thirty Years
Waiting in museums can be as tiring as searching for Constantinople's toes, sometimes its best to just sit back for thirty years and enjoy the sun.
